By ordering, you agree to these terms and linked policies, have legal capacity, and will provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.
Products
Descriptions aim to be accurate, but color, texture, stitching, pattern, measurements, and batches may vary slightly. Availability and specifications may change.
Orders and pricing
We may correct errors and reject, limit, or cancel orders for availability, pricing, verification, fraud, law, or misuse. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing.
Safe fishing-tackle use
Follow hook, line, lure, load, assembly, casting, cleaning, and corrosion-care guidance. Keep sharp tackle secured and stop using cracked, bent, corroded, or damaged equipment.
Intellectual property
Store branding, text, photos, graphics, and layouts may not be commercially copied or exploited without permission.
Third parties
Platform, payment, shipping, and other providers may have separate terms. Responsibility is limited only as allowed by applicable law.
Liability
Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Products must be selected and used according to fishing conditions, compatibility, load, local rules, and safety guidance.
Changes and law
Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rules in the customer’s jurisdiction. Updates apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
